🎭 How It Works

Choose your genre above — mystery & thriller, romance, literary fiction, historical fiction, fantasy & sci-fi, or surprise me. Then I'll pick a pre-loved book in that genre, wrap it in cream paper and twine with its title hidden, and tuck in the rest. Before it's unwrapped, all anyone knows is the genre — the rest is the surprise.

Every Little Escape book is previously loved — carefully inspected, and chosen because its story deserves another reader.

📖 The Book Itself

Your book may be a paperback or a hardcover — whichever life it has lived. Every one is hand-checked before it wraps: clean, readable pages, no torn or missing pages, no heavy writing or highlighting. A spine that shows it's been loved is welcome here; a book that's falling apart is not.

Because your book is picked by hand, for you, I can't take returns just for a change of heart — but if your parcel arrives damaged, or the wrong genre slipped in, tell me and I'll make it right.

📦 When It Ships

Your book is hand-prepared and ships within 3–5 days, sent free via USPS Media Mail — the post office's own rate for books. Media Mail travels at its own pace: typically 2–8 business days in transit, tracking included. For a holiday gift, ordering about two weeks ahead is a safe bet.
